<p><a href="http://qwerty.saikonetworks.com/wordpress/2010/01/20/killing-worlds/">Max has a nice collection of resources</a> to monitor snapshot removal, check progress, recover from corruption, kill a hung VM and generally give you a better tomorrow.</p>
<p>While there is no easy way out, you may still survive.</p>
